I don't know anyone who likes the sound of iron doors clanging shut behind them, especially when they know they're not free to simply walk out when they choose.  Sometimes things happen and you find yourself in a not-so-perfect situation; whether by chance, or perhaps you have become involved with the wrong crowd.  Other times you may have been mistaken for someone else, an accuser may not have their facts straight or they may be flat out lying.  Regardless of how the charges come about, if they're not resolved they can follow you for a lifetime.
